Wiseman Consulting and Training Announces Sharon Wiseman as Keynote Speaker at Reaching Forward South Conference

Schaumburg, IL September 29, 2006- Wiseman Consulting and Training announced today Reaching Forward South has tapped Sharon Wiseman to be its keynote speaker, as well as a workshop presenter. Reaching Forward South focuses on improving the skills and knowledge of frontline library support, customer service and clerical staff members. 

Sharon Wiseman will be joined by Dan Wiseman to present on the topic of using a strengths-based process called Appreciative Inquiry to help libraries and staff members build better relationships, manage change, and improve patron services.  Dan Wiseman will lead a workshop on building relationships with library colleagues.
