Sharon Wiseman
Sharon is a managing partner at WCT. She focused on library systems, state libraries, university libraries, individual libraries and other non-profit organizations. She helps them creatively plan for the future, build employee motivation and commitment, develop skills to effectively facilitate change and continually improve their service and performance.
Professional Engagements
Sharon has worked in many library settings in Indiana, Illinois, Texas, and Pennsylvania. As the Associate Director of the Indiana State Library she was responsible for Library Development. She has done work with the American Productivity and Quality Center in Houston, Texas in quality improvement, meeting facilitation, team development, leadership skills and communication.
