How we do business
- We helped bring together 50 libraries in the Lewis and Clark Library System to create a new technology governance process
- We designed and delivered a two day process for the Tennessee State Library that empowered universities, regional libraries, and public libraries to create their first ever Continuing Education plan.
- We created Indiana's first ever state wide Leadership Development Process.
